Trying to listen to a single talkgroup on PRO-164

I'm new to this so please bare with me. I live on Long Island and am trying to listen into the 4th pct at the SCPD. I entered all the frequencies found on this site. The problem is I get all the precints. Is there a way to single out just the 4th? Should I have just bought a VHF Scanner where I can enter the DEC and HEX numbers?

Any help would be appreciated!

You are half way there. You need to program in the talk group(s) you want to listen to and set the bank to "CLOSED" We can give you more detailed instructions on how to do that if needed.

I have it set to closed as of right now. If you could guide me to set the talk group that would be awesome. Im looking for the 4th pct here in Suffolk County.
