Any scanner utilizing Digital P1/2 transmissions. Uniden has several and Whistler TRX series as well. I would make sure you get one that will handle P2 even though right now Tulsa is P1 it wouldn't take much to go to P2. Some of BACRN is P2. A Uniden996P2 or anything above that 536 or SDS200 (numbers based on desktop models, Handhelds are also available) are good.

I use a older model Uniden BCD996XT and a BCD436HP for the P2
