Two of the major hospitals in my area (Sutter Roseville and Mercy Folsom) can be found by looking up their call signs, WQXJ961 and WQHN480 respectively. Each of them have an on-site tower with 4 or 5 frequencies and hundreds of mobile units.
But their frequencies are not in the RR downloadable scanner database here for Placer and Sacramento County. They do each have a single entry in the SRRCS (Sacramento Regional System), but that is a different frequency and location. I think it is just used in the event of a major disaster.
I thought all frequencies from the FCC database were in the downloadable scanner database? Or is it just waiting for someone to determine and submit the type of trunked system, control channels, talk groups, etc?
