Sounds like you didn't read the readme.txt where it says to copy lame.exe to the program folder.

I have recently installed the new version, it shows up as v 0.24 on the top of the program, but I cant see any of the buttons on the top such as the file icons which are displayed on the help. Is there a setup step that I am missing? It is kind of confusing to me, I just clicked install. I didnt see a readme either.
Thanks for the help!

Not sure there is an install program with the download. The download is a zip file, once unzipped you should see all the necessary files, including the readme file.

I have 3 folders after extracting. They are bin, license, and support files. Then there are three other items, nidlist.id, setup installer, and setup configuration settings. There is no readme in any of these folders. The program works fine other than not sending the attacment with a cell phone, and I cant view the top part of it. I believe if I could see the top part of the program, I could make it send the attachment properly.
Thanks!

I know this is an old message board. I wanted to know if there was a new setup that will allow you to state when you want the tones sent to a phone. IE. Shift between 6 pm to midnight on monday for person a and midnight to 6am for person b.
