Type of antenna connection?

Hi everyone,I have a whip antenna that was formerly used on 2 meters and I was wondering what kind of connection it has?

Looks like a typical 'stud' mount. Several mounts use those type 'studs'. The one that comes to mind first is a 'ball-mount'. I kind'a doubt if that's what was used, but I think you get the idea.

There are two different NMO 150 mounts,which one would be the best?

Sorry, should have clarified! Depends on whether the whip you have is currently cut for 5/8 wave or 1/2 wave. How long is it?

According to my cutting chart, at 146 MHz, a 1/2 wave whip should be 40 1/8" long and for a 5/8 wave at the same frequency, it should be about 48" long.
