i eventually want this headset for my tyt md2017 but i don't know which mic connector to choose,,,

According to the seller's "XLT connector" chart, the M3 connector fits the TYT MD-2017. However, you may want to check with the seller first.

Heil Sound makes a lightweight, comfortable headset for handheld radios that comes in both single and double sided earphones and a variety of different connectors for different radios. No adapters needed, just buy the one that fits your radio. It's the Heil HTH and runs about $30.

You'd have to contact them. The ones I've purchase were all for Yaesu.
