I hear a few things, but only when I am listening to one main frequency, not when scanning. When I set the scanner to scan the bank with U of A on it, I never hear anything. When I tune to 460.37500 I hear a little UAPD, but mostly safe ride. I have gone over my programming multiple times, and cant see any error on my part (that doesnt mean I havent messed up thought haha). Occasionally I will get it to pick up a random channel with a talk group ID, but its just static, no voices, and since there is not any info on the TGIDs I dont know what it is supposed to be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
