is there a page in this forum where i can print put pdf file for coast guard? just like printing out local items from radio reference? can someone send me file for bc396 trunktacker with freq in them?

Rob, the 396 has a service search with the marine frequencies built in, that can be searched with scan, and include the channel numbers on the display with the frequency.

But that is Marine only. It does not include the USCG air freqs for helos & fixed wing.
