I have 470.23750 programmed in under the Urban Area Security Initiative which I think is for Homeland Security mutual aid but I am picking up what sounds like surveillance.

Does anyone know what this freq could be for? (I am in Bergen County)

As per the Database:
470.23750 RM 186.2 PL NJUTAC4 North-East Region UASI

So far I'm hearing a bunch of mic clicks and testing. There was a thread about the NJUTAC channels being in use on this forum before. They might be "ICE" Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

EDIT: one unit just called in as ICE# so this is confirmed they are ICE. Also these channels tend to go digital if anything gets good.
