I don't know but I don't think you will need nexedge unless you go to carbon or Emery counties , u may just need a phase II scanner at least for UCA, there was some talk of phase II being implemented by the end of 2020, but as large as UCA is and all the radios that need programmed and changed I'm not sure if that's possible...
