UCAN TalkGroup List

I sat down and spent a couple of days comparing the RR UCAN TG database with "my Master Listing". I started my list with the RR database download about seven months ago. My list has been changing almost daily with info from the forum, on-air monitoring, and Unitrunker data. This is what I have found:

784 total TGs in "My" Master UCAN TG List:

485 have known users, and show activity using Trunker (multiple sites)
079 show activity, but users are Unknown
220 show a user, but no Unitrunker activity (in my areas of monitoring)
033 show activity and users, but are not in the RR Database (yet).

As of this morning, there were 611 Tgs in the RR UCAN Database.

I would be interested in how this compares to other lists out there, especially if "someone" out there knows the true number of Talkgroups on the UCAN system.

I would be willing to bet that the only ones that have the answer to that are the UCAN radio techs, and I'll bet that they won't give up that information. They would probably say that it was for "security reasons" or something like that.

Yeeeaaahhh, I know that. I was just sort of hopeing to trick one of 'em into divulging a little bit. Well, it does take the fun out of things when we are given all the answers. But I would be happy with just a few of them
