Someone told me they were on a 800 system if that makes sense?

Sorry..... rookie here...

UCONN Police in Stamford, Waterbury and Hartford are on the State 700/800 Trunked System. I would imagine UCONN PD Groton is also on the state trunked system.

To which UConn Stamford would be on CSERN? Wondering if they are still on Stamford P25 or if they’ve switched over…I’ve heard zero activity on both talkgroups.

I hear Stamford on the CLMRN, but they are not that busy. They do come up on the Stamford system once and a while. Soon it will all be the same system anyway

Avery Point was not yet on CLMRN last I monitored but I am sure they will be at some point. Since there is a site (C, D, & K Simulcasts) in the Storrs section of Mansfield, I would imagine that UCONN Storrs will be using it at some point as well.
