Unable to locate Union SC City Utility Freq

Last year the city of Union utility as my understanding stopped using 153.590 and changed to another system, I have asked the locals and they either do not know what they are using or just don't want to tell. Any insight would be appreciated as severe weather months approach and I need to monitor what areas in the city lose power.
