Unable To Open Source Client Input Sound Device

I have two instances of ProScan running, both monitoring two different systems, outputing to two different sound cards (the scanners). After a reboot due to Windows updates last night, both instances are telling me they are Unable to Open Source Client Input Sound Device no on any sound device.

I did an uninstall and reinstall with no success. I've tried "Run As Administrator" (I have UAC disabled, user is an admin).

RESOLVED - Windows 10 Microphone Privacy Settings had "off" for Allow apps to access your microphone.
