Eventually while tuning the bands, you're likely to come across some RTTY like sounds that you will not be able to decode. These are often military in nature, running NATO-50 or 75 baud with lots of encryption. There's nothing in the normal realm that will decode these. Mike Chace-Ortiz put a list of frequencies and sites together using the new TDoA function recently added to Kiwi SDRs. I will make one correction to the list - 9830 is Davidsonville, Md, Not PR as found in some follow up observations. This list is courtesy of the UDXF
