Understanding frequency listing on Radio reference.com

Help the beginner! When the list shows that the frequency and input are different, which one do you put in the Win95 program for your scanner? The frequency listed first or the one listed under Input?

Use the OUTPUT frequency, you would only be able to hear the INPUT if you were close to the source of the transmission. Hope this helps..
