Disregard. It is a privately owned aircraft to MD Helicopters. It's possibly used for checking high transmission electric lines.

It's a Hughes 369D helicopter (Tail # N161LA) owned by Air2 LLC. They have been working on some high tension powerlines near Dundas and McArthur, Ohio the past couple of weeks. They have been based at the Ohio University Airport (UNI) while the work is being done.

If your in the area, and have a scanner you can tune to 151.5125 MHz (PL 103.5) to hear them while they are working.
