No, your scanner is anolog only. You need to upgrade to one that handles P25.

My 246T does do trunking the Motorola systems. I have done it on the 800.000 systems.
The system in my area is type 1 and the frequencies are in the 400.000 mhz.

You will not be able to monitor any of the talk groups shown on the Morris County P25 digital system on your 246T since it is an analog-only scanner. The frequency you mention appears to be used for patching the TRS MUN FD 3 and MUN EMS 2 together and this patch may not always be turned on.
