Can anyone give me some advice as to where i can find a replacement battery pack for this model? Unfortunately i cannot find one in Australia!

Yes, I ordered a replacement NiMH battery pack from Batteries America a few years ago. It was nice - looked the same at the original and used the stock wall charger, but the charge lasted longer than the original.

My 3000xlt has long been sold, but it was a nice scanner.
