BC785D: Uniden BC785D Menu Button Not Working

I have an old Uniden Bearcat BC785D that was working fine, I had a lot old frequency in it and did a reset to clear the memory and start over. After I did the reset the Menu button stop working it was working before I did the reset, all the other buttons works fine.

I've tried an reset again but no luck. Any help or advice appreciated.

Could be a ribbon cable issue. Open it up and reseat the cable it could be loose.
