BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Uniden BCD436hp checksum number invalid?

Hello, I am trying to purchase the DMR upgrade for my Uniden Bcd436hp.
when I enter in my ESN and Check Sum number I get a message telling me my check sum is invalid.
I have tried several time and still get the same message. Anyone have any thoughts?
