Uniden BCT15X Streaming Via Pi

Hello All,
I have looked into this before posting I have seen lots of options to stream my scanner using pi via Icecast. I was wondering how could I control the scanner as well as get live audio out from it. I haven't seen many things for the Pi that allow this. I am not looking to stream to the Worldwide Web just want this remote so I don't have to be in the same room as scanners.

Yeah but I wanted to use a raspberry pi I dont have another windows PC I can dedicate to stream.
