Uniden Scanner Retailers

Can someone please tell me what store's carry Uniden Scanners in their store other than wal-mart. I have been searching every where to find a store that carries Uniden Scanners. Please someone let me know thank you. Looking for stores that carry base/mobile unidens with a preference being the BCT-8

I have not seen many all my Uniden's have been ordered on line through Scanner Master. You may also find you will get better prices online as well. Hope this helps you out.

Don't know of any retailers that carry uniden. The Pro-2051 is the BCT8 with a couple features added like signal stalker. Uniden makes the 2051 and Radio shack sells it basically.

On-line you could look at www.scannersunlimited.com or www.bearcatscanner.com as well as many many others. But those are the two I use and trust.

Ham Radio Outlet (at least the Atlanta location) stocks many newer Uniden scanners. That's where I bought my 330. Store locator at www.hamradio.com. Their retail price was comparable to good web prices + shipping; I think they offer public safety personnel discounts (at least they did me). Caveat - they only have 12 locations, with six of those being in CA.

They have a free catalog that you can subscribe for. I got by 796D from them...fairly quick shipping and one of the best deals I could find. They are good but their website is a little bit slow...but you know...patience is a virtue!

Good question. Maybe it's because they changed their name to www.buyreliant.com about a year ago.

When they were Valco, I bought my 780XLT & 296D from them.
