Uniden UBC92XLT No Sound

Hi new here dont konow if this is the right place to post this

My Uniden UBC92XLT has no sound when i turn it on try turning the squelch up and down no luck
any one know whats going on with it?

First things that come to mind are:

weak batteries
poor antenna conection
faulty speaker connction


Did you turn it on one day and this happened or did it occur while listening?
Is this condition as a result of an accidental drop?
