Im getting 460.0625 with NAC of 191 but its mostly encrypted, not showing anything licensed to it.

I checked on the link you sent and dont see where they are encrypted. Maybe the digital signal is breaking up due to the distance and it seems that way?

You got me there. I don't monitor KSP so I wouldn't know. unitcharlie in the KY forums would probably know.

Anyone getting any hits on a P25 system yet? I been getting several hits out of knoxville from 769.xxxxx to 773.xxx. sounds like police dispatch and some group of people dropping off people here and there. Checked out the freq. numbers and all it said was tech testing. Got a good hit today on 169.67500 and turned out to be US Forest service in Cocke co. Also found out that the TVA police is now fully encrypted on 166.9500. Also heard testing or a woman counting from 10 back to 5 and back up and she said still getting a little static but could not lock in fast enough (getting slow). I'm catching this on a pro106,will be going up to Erwin this weekend anything new up there?
