Is the Unified Fire Authority and West Valley City Fire on the UCAN system? If so, then what are their Talkgroups? I'm having a hard time finding them.

Yes, UFA and West Valley Fire are on UCAN.

21376 UFA TAC 7
21408 UFA TAC 8

West Valley are the 70 series trucks (ie Ladder 74, Ambulance 74) and they mainly respond on VECC Resp 4, UFA trucks are the 3 digit rigs (ie Medic Engine 109, Haz-Mat 109)

It might help to know that VECC stands for Valley Emergency Communications Center and that they handle dispatching duties for county-wide fire agencies as LGLHOOK has explained above.

Thank you for the welcome and for answering my question, you guys rock.
I live in West Valley City, Utah and just purchased a Uniden BCD396T with ARC396 basic software from Scanner Master. I kept waiting for the price of scanners to go down but found out when they did it's because they're on their way to being obsolete. So, I said, screw it, I'm gonna spend the money...
