I would like to see each header on the main page be "sortable when clicked on at the top.. and if possible say i want to see all Fire dispatch call list i a certain time frame grouped together?? Am I making sense?

Most column headings are click sortable. The main exception are the history panels which are chronological order only.

If fire dispatch is a specific talkgroup, open that talkgroup (double-click on most grids) and click on the History tab. Scroll back in time to the event of interest.

I am on the call history page & it's not sortable.. maybe I am running an older version... will look & try the latest if that is the case.

That is by design. As described above, it's only shown in chronological order (ascending or descending). To see the history for a specific group or user, double click, select the history tab in the group or user popup window and scroll.
