I recently upgraded my laptop to a dell XPS and trying out the RTL SDR V4 for the first time. My SDR works on AirSpy tested out a few local radio stations and also the local airport ATIS and tower frequency so I know the computer is receiving transmissions however in Unitrunker for some reason the program is not reading the RTL SDR.
Any input would be greatly appreciated

Did you do any of this when you got the V4?

What does the v4 show as in the Windows Device Manager? What OS are you running?

I think Unitracker requires 2 dongles, so I assume you have two dongles? If that's the case, check and see if their serials are the same. I've seen them use the same 00000001 number which can conflict with each other.

This is not correct, one dongle will run Unitrunker (not unitracker)

When asking for help with software like Unitrunker, it's important to provide key details such as which release/version of Unitrunker you're running. There were 73 releases of 2.0, 108 releases of 2.1, and we're up to 23 releases of 2.2 with preview 24 coming soon.

Support for the v4 dongles was added in 2.1.0.106, so you need to be running at least that version or newer.

My apologies. I am using Unitrunker version 2.1.0.108

For the Operating system I am using windows 11 Home 64-bit operating systen. I also attached a screen of the Windows Device Manager.
The quick start guide found I believe was through the airspy site. I’ll have to give that rtl-sdr quick start a try.

My guess is the op did not install his drivers with Zadig correctly.

In Zadig I am showing Bulk-IN, Interface (Interface 0) and I also have Ignore Hubs or composite parents deselected.
