Trunker
I run Trunker, sometimes monitor SERS with it. Unitrunker also at times, though it's better for logging than monitoring since it doesn't do priorities completely and is missing the one-key commands to snag and edit IDs.
Both programs (and any others running off a receiver) are subject to occasional bad decodes; a little noise and a few bits get misread such that the message still looks valid. If you're not getting multiple hits on a TG, be very suspicious.
In any case, 45552 shows as a radio tech digital channel and the other as Valley General Hospital.
