Unknown noise 43.6600MHz

I picked up this sound earlier during a lower VHF band opening into my area and I don't recognize it.

Freq is 43.6600MHz

It's some kind of data. Sounds like 1200 baud AFSK. 43.66 is a Part 22 paging frequency in the US. The licensee could lease the frequency to other users. There is no telling what it is or who the user is. It could be something outside the US.

You need to search by Market as it is a Part 22 license
formerly called channel "DP"
