Unknown OSP Frequency

155.4900 MHz appears to be an OSP frequency. I haven't found it listed anywhere and unfortunately I don't have good reception on it so it's hard to tell what's being said most of the time. I can at least tell they're using 12 Codes and it's law enforcement. The way the pitch sounds to me also makes me think it's OSP but I could be wrong. Has anyone else identified this and/or have a better reading of it?

I also don't have the best reception on Oregon State Radio Project so I'm not sure if I'd be able to match it with any TGID it may be linked to on there.

That is not correct. If you are near Albany, or Eugene you are hearing Benton SO Trs Patch.

Oh I see. I tried searching for it in nearby counties (I'm located in Albany) but it didn't come up so I must've mistyped it. My bad

just for info I did a search on that frequency through radio reference that is what I found
I go to Eugene a lot from Tacoma guess i will start taking my radio with next time
