Update on digital system

I was wounder has anyone got any info on the update when thy are going to make charlotte into the new digital system's and what scanner that will not work .Thanks for the info .

It will be years before you see Charlotte move to a 9600 baud digital system....you've got some time before you have to buy a new scanner.
