Update on Repairs

just an update, i sent my sds100 for repair, they got it on the 14th of last month, as of yesterday, i called, they told me they hadn’t started working on it but was currently working double shifts to catch up. But today i called and they said they shut the place down because someone came down with the virus. So hope they got all well, and there is no telling when our scanner’s will get returned, but just wanted to give an update

I wondering if that also means that the National Backorders are going to get delayed. I have one on order and know that most retailers are expecting the first shipments from Uniden this week or next week. That is if their repair place is were their distribution center is.

My 996T went in on Mar 29th. They acknowledged receiving it on the 31st. Estimated return date is Apr 28. I guess it'll be a longer wait!

They shipped mine back yesterday, waiting for FedEx to bring it today. On the status update page, said COLD SOLDER JOINT
