Updated statewide VSP conventional 700 mhz. interop frequencies

Earlier this year I posted WQXW625 listing new VSP low power frequencies statewide. Subsequently WQXY328 was posted as MD/VA interop frequencies for Region 20. Region 20 includes the state of MD, DC and parts of Northern VA south to the Manassas area.(FYI click on the interactive FCC regions map "20" (Maryland) and the complete list of NOVA interop cities/counties will display).

Instead of modifying WQXQ625, a new FCC VSP license (WQYP980) was issued for Region 42 conventional 700 mhz.(and a few 800 mhz.) interop frequencies. Region 42 solely is the state of VA.
