Upgraded Sentinel.. will not read SD Card

yes wx5uif, that is correct. ...So, my computer, and its drives are reading the sd card correctly. I just cant open the SD card when using sentinel.. (after this mornings update)

If you plug the SD card card in your card reader what files do you see when using Windows Explorer to havigate to the card (Windows Explorer and not Sentinel)?

when i click on "favorite lists" in explorer, when looking at my sd card.. it expands to see : f00000004.hpd to f000000119.hpd i cannot actually see any info, just these numbered lists...

Ok, that's good data. That is your favorite lists. Put that card in your scanner and give it a whirl.

when i click on the file "scanner" in my sd card. file.... it brings up a notepad with setup info... no user data. .... i cannot access the card through sentenel to clear user data

yes, the card works fine in my scanner. thats not the issue. the issue is i can no longer program the card in sentenil, ever since this mornings sentinel update.

I was referring to Sentinel - SCANNER - Clear user data.

Its time to format the card and start over with it. Or get a new SD card and format it.

thats the problem..sentinel does not see the sd card..when i hit scanner....clear user data... and refresh,,, the box is empty.. no sd card shows up...

on sentinel: scanner: refresh..display all drives... does nothing. the box is empty.. even with a formatted sd card.
so, i am at a total loss. cant use sentinel anymore, since todays sentinel update.. it no longer reads any of my drives...

spoke to uniden support. this is a known issue. they are working on a fix to their software update..that will fix this issue, many have called in with same issue... sentinel will not recognize any drives since the update yesterday
