Yes, their dispatch talkgroup is full time encrypted. UMPD does use a conventional repeater for some comms, but it's not going to give you much to hear. UMPD is in Region 4, so you will sometimes hear 56 PD Base calling Bridgeport or West Conshy PD units on the PD Region 4 talkgroup. None of the neighboring PD's can monitor 56's dispatch talkgroup at this time since none of them are carrying digital radios. On the converse, 56 can monitor the surrounding police talkgroups.
UMPD Local Repeater is on 858.4125.
