Anyone know what USAA Public Safety is working off of? I would assume an LTR or Passport system but have never seen anything posted about it. I know the bank use to work off of a UHF repeater channel in the 464 area a few years ago but haven't been able to confirm if they still are.

I will double check when I get home from work. I found this months ago and have not posted it yet.
USAA Security use a 1 channel LTR regular TRS on 454.2250 (LCN16) USAA Security TG = 1-16-100
This is by memory but I am pretty sure everything is correct. I worked at USAA and know the locations.
The FCC listings are no help and what they list Conv wise are dead if your curious, I've had no hits, etc.
The Security traffic subject matter is pretty mundane, parking violations, expired stickers, inside Bank
Bldg, BSB Bldg, Main Building security both inside and outside security patrols and their check-ins
to what they reffer to as "Operations" which is their Security HQ Office. They seriously lack drama ;)
Oh and did I mention that they get to make sure visiting dignitaries have their correct parking places
labeled and reserved for them. A few weeks ago I heard that the Bexar County Sherrif Susan Pamerleau
visited her former workplace and they marked her a place to park. Maj Gen (ret) Pamerleau was head of
AFPC at Randolph AFB from 96-98 when I was working as a contractor there. Then she worked for USAA
after retiring from the Air Force and now she is our Sheriff. Yes, she sure is having a deverse career so far!
There just does not seem to be much criminal activity at what we all used to call our "6th Military Base in SA"
you sure will never hear of breakins, buglaries, bank robberies or even speeding - a darn safe place to work ;)

I hope this info is helpfull if you care to have a listen sometime. Funny thing is the coverage of their LTR TRS signal,
you would think it would be stronger near their campus, it is not, it's almost like some kind of repeater for remote reasons?
I get it GREat over at 281N & 1604. Maybe for offsite supervisors to monitor, who knows ? Anybody else know more info ?

Thanks Tom, but I have carefully examined these 3 x 75W FB2 freqs mentioned in that USAA license
451.3000 LCN#3 of the Ind.Com LTR TRS on N/W Military Hwy (AMR EMS Disp Home Repeater )
451.8875 Dead - no CWID's, Bursts, no nada,
452.9750 Dead - was LCN#16 of the Ind.Comm LTR TRS at 101 Bowie St (Marriot RC Hotel rooftop)

Keep in mind that FCC licenses are valid for 10 years and USAA may have long moved on, etc.
Also, USAA might have just been licensed to transmit on Ind.Comm's LTR TRS once upon a time.

btw ~ I do hear security type traffic on this conv freq that often refers to many familiar USAA Bldgs, etc.
USAA Security PD 453.6250 FM CTCSS 97.4 with more than 28 hits in a few days.
I have explored whether this is a simulcast of LCN#16 454.2250 and NO they are not, no relationship.
Does anybody else RX any comms on this freq ... usually late nights ...
NC ~ I remember looking at a lic that lists USAA on 464.5250 (no traffic here or low pwr simplex perhaps?)

I read somewhere that the McDermott building is the tenth largest in terms of floorspace in the U.S. I thought it would be higher than that, LOL. Seems like a trip down Fredericksburg Rd from one end to the other takes several minutes.

Yes, the main USAA modular wings are Bldg A through Bldg H, then the Bank w/ sep BSB bldg.
I don't recall the square footage, but strangely enough I do remember that the campus is 288 acres.
