Did any use the call sign BlackJack? If so they could be the air patrol flights to keep aircraft out of the no fly zone. USCG is part of DHS. You may have seen the bright orange Dauphin helicopters fly over.

I've been hearing on 134.35 (Reagon National Tower - HELO) BLACKJACK 1 and BLACKJACK 2 activity in the last few weeks. Was wondering who they were..

I am pretty sure they are based on what I previously read somewhere else. Please read the MilAir forum on hear as their logs frequently include BlackJack call signs.
