Help does anyone have any frequencies for the US Postal service in the Rochester, NY area. I have heard activity on 407.775 which is the postal inspectors P-25 in the clear and encrypted. We have a large sorting facility in Henrietta, NY that serves the greater Rochester area. Thanks
