I have 3 of these radios, but I am not sure I am clear on what you are asking. If you are wanting to change an input freq you just enter it over the old freq?
Ok lets say I put in the freq 154.43000 with a PL of 107.2 but it has a Repeater Input freq that is 153.96500. I know how to put in the 154.43000 and the PL tone of 107.2 but how do you put in the Input 153.96500. You must have the Repeater Input freq to dail up in to or system.

Once again we have someone coming here for advise on how to use a ham radio in an illegal way. What the hell, is this the first website that google spits out for FCC rule breaking?
I know how to fix it, but I see no reason to help someone do something they have absolutely no business doing. It's not rocket science either, so just think when you screw up any other part of the programming and you cause interference to another licensed user, hopefully they won't get hurt as a result.
Just using that as an example. If im not mistaken the VX-150 can only transmit on 144 to 148 MHz and Receive from 140 to 174 MHz Unless you do some illegal stuff to it.
I know the FCC laws on this stuff.

Well you gave a stupid example. You know the laws, but do you actually care about obeying them? It seems there are quite a few on RR that don't care at all.
