Maybe I lack the mental capacity to search properly, but I cannot locate some freqs in the DB.

Both of these were received from the Mississippi Gulf Coast during rather intense ducting conditions that flowed generally east with extensions southwards, and the only mention I can find of either with a forum search is the old USMA TRS in Orange County, NY.

139.3375 ($624)- Someone was asking if Echo Element (possible, slight packeting out) was on this channel?
140.6625 ($626) Only encrypted traffic was caught.

Not everyone makes/submits Federal/Mil activity to the RRDB

Agreed, but sometimes posts like this can lead to a private message with some nuggets of information.
Not disagreeing, just pointing out, so many rely on RR and (for some obvious reasons) some of us, won't add to the RRDB, so we can enjoy the CLR and not ENC Federal Ops :)
