3 new video guides were released this week which may be useful to anyone wanting to compare antennas using an SDRplay RSP.
The first one shows you how to use your RSP to compare performance between different antennas. Although primarily intended to illustrate the technique to perform this comparison, after all many factors affect the performance such as location, implementation, local noise sources etc., we were able to suggest an antenna combination that performs well over the receiving range of the RSP family.
The second video guide shows you how to set up virtual ports using free software from comOcom
This is then useful when it comes to the third video which shows you how to lock 2 VFOs together on 2 separate RSPs or a single (dual tuner) RSPduo :
