The Virginia Dept of Rail and Public Transportation,1313 East Main St., Suite 300, kRichmond, Va. 23219 has a full size map available entitled-"Official State Railroad Map"showing all railroad tracks in the state. A very good tool for railfans. There is also a publication available entitled "Virginia Rail Corridors" Good Luck.
