Volume keeps dropping on Media Player

a friend of mine is having issues trying to listen to my feed with Windows Media Player. his volume keeps dropping to zero on its own. It happened today while I was also on the feed with no problem. He is using XP with firefox. Thanks, Kevin

This would be the user turning the volume down some way on the computer nothing to do with the feed itself.
