Is the Extreme Upgrade necessary for the Volume Offset to function as set in Sentinel?

No upgrade necessary, to adj the volume offset you have to go to the top and click "Edit" and then Edit Favorites list,
then click to expand the tree down to the channels list, then you can click on the volume offset to adjust the level...
rather cumbersome software until you get the hang of it if you are used to Win500 or something of the sort..

Let me re-phrase the question. If I set the volume offset in Sentinel and upload to Home Patrol 2 does the volume offset work without the Extreme Upgrade? It didn't seem to work when I uploaded a volume offset on a particular channel. Maybe I need to test this further.
