I keep hearing VSP Richmond Division units and dispatchers are lately referring to "New Division", has VSP started another division, or know what's being talked about?

They're referring to their new facility in Colonial Heights.

New Division office, not area office. The Area 8 office moved into the old Division HQ on Brook Road.
