Hey Guys,
I was able to get a hold of a VX-7200-G7-45 that my job was tossing. I dont know the history of this radio and Im aware it may very well have been in the refuse pile for a reason but I figured it was worth a shot to tinker with. When I connect the radio to power, it powers up, shows the initial home message on the display but then quickly shuts off with an audible click. Initially thought it was a voltage issue so I checked the battery voltage but it was 12.6v standing charge and with the engine running- 14.3v. You guys have any other ideas where to start to get this thing to stay on?
Thanks in advance
