WAPA UHF Active in Kingman - 408.1750 NAC 2AB

I was 400-420 limit searching this morning and for a couple hours before noon I started hearing some regular activity on 408.1750 with NAC of 2AB, WAPA AZ per the NAC wiki list. It mostly just seemed to be aircraft as I heard one talking about landing and taking off IGM airport and also heard other aircraft talking about landing in Phoenix and addressing what I assumed to be dispatch as "Office".

I haven't been able to find this UHF on any of the AZ Federal database listings, though I have found WAPA it's all VHF frequencies mostly with 293 NAC. Sounds like a linked repeater system though.

I also briefly caught 409.1750 PL107.2 inbetween all that going "testing".

Apparently it's the repeater link for the VHF systems.

Has anyone actually heard them on their VHF frequencies in the last year? I was hearing them frequently in 2023 and prior but haven't heard anything since about that time.
