I took the time to add this site to my BCD536HP this evening, and noted no traffic, but a strong signal at my home location (I'm only about 5 miles north of the listed site). I ran analyze, System Status against the signal, and got the following:

Not sure why it's showing a Site ID of 0007, as I don't know how Uniden is deriving these values. Is is interesting to note that in the license file (WNBZ633) on the FCC.gov site, the Shiloh, Illinois site is listed as Site #7. Again, I'm not sure why my 536 shows the site as #7, while your DSD+ shows the site number as 18.

Question on Starcom21 reception

I noticed you said that you live 5 miles north of Shiloh so I assume you also monitor StarCom21. I'm curious as to how well your HP scanner works with this LSM system and if you use it in a fixed location or mobile. I currently use OP-25 to monitor various police and fire dispatch talkgroups and OP-25 works very well, but I would like to have something I could mount in my car.

A 996, any series will do very well in a mobile with a mobile ant.
If your only interested in 700/800 mhz. as in StarCom 21 then a old
Cellular antenna works better .

My 396 or 325P2 with 800mhz ant. clipped to the sun visor works well too.

I monitor both at my home (less than 0.5 miles from a STARCOM21 transmitter site), and mobile with a BCD436HP as well. Both do pretty good with this simulcast system in St. Clair county. There are a couple spots where I get some poor decode, but those are pretty isolated (IL50 and Scott-Troy Road intersection for one).

I run both in Auto, and have never messed with the manual decode settings, as I haven't needed to.

Additional Sites

More sites were found today in Fairview Heights

003 (3) Unidentified (CC=2) (1.3) , 859.5125c
005 (5) Imperial (CC=4) (1.5) Jefferson, MO 854.6375c

The frequency for 3 would either be at Imperial or Wentzville (St Charles Co MO). Imperial already is site 5. Wentzville would be pretty far away. KNRS230 also licensed far away in Franklin Co IL.

Figured out channels via:
1.1
1.2 (570)
1.3 (1366) 859.5125
1.5 (586) 854.6375
1.6
1.7
1.8 (???) 859.6875
