No, this is on VHF which is used exclusively. They don't use Starcom as it barely works in Nashville (the county seat). None of the other county agencies use Starcom either. 151.460 is their main dispatch frequency. They have programmed in a second channel on 151.460, scrambled or encrypted, they call "tac 2" and use it most of the time from dispatch to their cars and back. Other towns are using 155.625 analog for most coms but a few have gotten digital radios in now and will talk on 151.460, open. It's a mess.
